Proverbs 16:9 says: “In his heart man plans his course, but the Lord establishes his steps.”

In 2025, with the help and participation of the congregation, the Board of Directors completed a strategic plan known as Vision 2025. Four key goals or “visions” were identified. The four visions are Outreach and Evangelism, Children’s Ministry, Assimilation, and Discipleship.

Through this report, I pray you see how God is “establishing Redeemer’s steps” toward some of these goals and how He is fulfilling everything and more that we are unable to do on our own.

By God’s grace, we are able to do far more than even we may hope or expect. As we joyfully reflect on the work God is doing among us, we look forward to seeing the many ways he will bless Redeemer in the future. Thank you for your generosity towards Christ and His Church!

There are many signs of growth other than Attendance numbers, but Redeemer has recorded increased attendance in 2025, up by 10% over 2024. We have seen an average 8.4% attendance growth each year since 2021. For more about Redeemer’s historical attendance numbers, click below:
