Following the approval to issue a call to the seminaries at the November Voters Meeting, the Nixa Campus Associate Pastor Call Committee finalized and submitted the necessary documentation.  The seminaries have now responded, each with a list of potential candidates — five in total from both Concordia St. Louis and Concordia Fort Wayne.

The next step for the Committee is to interview each of the candidates.  A portion of the Committee will be travelling to the seminaries January 29th-31st to conduct in-person interviews.  Once the interviews are conducted, we will finalize and submit the last set of documentation for the Council of Presidents.

Please keep the Committee in your prayers in the coming weeks.  Pray for patience and endurance in times of waiting, for safe travel, and for wise decision-making.  Keep the seminary candidates in your prayers as they enter the ministry.  Above all, pray for the Lord’s guidance and that His will would be done among us!
