Summer is flying by and BIG plans are made for the Redeemer Choirs this coming season and ALL singers are invited to participate! No audition is necessary but a passion for singing praises to God and rehearsal attendance on Wed. evenings when possible is requested.

Sun., Aug 24 – Pastor Koenig’s Installation at Spfd. Redeemer at 3:00 p.m. All Nixa and Spfd. singers are encouraged to come at 2 p.m. that day to practice a familiar anthem and benediction song. (Ask Trudy for the music in advance if needed)

Wed., Aug. 27 – Choir Kick-off Pot Luck at Karen Schaller’s home at 5:30. Singers last names A-K bring a side dish (veggie or salad) and L-Z bring a dessert. Meat and drinks will be provided.

Wed., Sept. 3 – First Choir practice in the Spfd. balcony 6:00 p.m.

Sun., Sept. 14 – First Choir anthem of the season. (Choir is usually scheduled to sing on the 2nd and 4th Sundays in Spfd. A complete 2025-26 choir schedule is available if you would like in advance.)

Sun. Nov. 23 – Christ the King Celebration at 6:30 in Spfd. with area LCMS churches, singers and full orchestra. This will be a very special service that you won’t want to miss! (See Trudy for details)
